Cookie butter is baked into the cookie, then finished with a crisp cookie wafer on top. That signature spiced biscuit flavor runs through every bite, making this one especially hard to put down.
All of our cookies are made on shared equipment in a kitchen that also processes gluten, soy, dairy, and nuts. Fresh cookies keep in an airtight container for up to a week, or pop them in the freezer if you're saving them for later. When you're ready, a few minutes in a 350° oven brings them back to warm and gooey or if you can't wait, 20 seconds in the microwave works just fine. Frozen? Give them 5–10 minutes in the oven. Worth every second.
