A: Yes! We offer nationwide shipping so that you can enjoy our cookies no matter where you are in the United States. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Q: Do you offer custom packaging for corporate or special events?

A: Yes! We can customize your cookie gift boxes with your corporate colors and even print your logo onto stickers or boxes with proper lead time. For more information, please email us at info@cookiesociety.com.

Q: How should I store my cookies?

A: Our cookies are best stored in an airtight container at room temperature. If you want to extend their freshness, you can also freeze them for up to 3 months.

Q: What is your return policy? A: We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and service. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at orders@cookiesociety.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Please note that we don not accept returns due to our cookies being perishable. 

Q: Do you offer gift cards? A: Yes, we offer gift cards in various denominations that can be used for online orders or in-store purchases. You can purchase them on our website under the "Gift Cards" tab.
