Dessert Production Cook – High Volume Confections

As a Dessert Production Cook in our High-Volume Production Environment, your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing, baking, and expertly finishing a variety of scratch-made desserts including brownies, bars, cinnamon rolls, and other specialty items within our fast-paced operation.
  • Accurately portioning, cutting, and packaging finished dessert products to meet our quality and presentation standards.
  • Playing a key role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and organization that our operation demands.
  • Assisting with various manager-assigned tasks, contributing to the smooth flow of our production process.
  • Supporting overall production goals by following established recipes and quality standards consistently.

Experience and Training

  • Some prior kitchen, bakery, or food production experience is preferred — but we're happy to build on what you know!
  • Possessing or obtaining a current food handlers card is a plus.
  • Familiarity with baking techniques or scratch cooking, particularly with desserts, pastries, and baked goods, is beneficial and will help you hit the ground running.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Following the instructions of our facility lead to accurately produce, portion, and finish brownies, bars, cinnamon rolls, and other desserts to our quality standards.
  • Maneuvering kitchen equipment and machinery in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Embracing growth opportunities — we love promoting from within and fostering your development!
  • Physical requirements include occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, reaching, and more.
  • Repetitive motion and quick maneuvering in a compact space with hot ovens.
  • Punctuality and reliable transportation are essential to ensure our operation runs seamlessly.

Shifts: Monday–Sunday. Flexible between 6am–9pm

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
